Mil Spec Coatings and Painting

Pauway Corp. offers a wide variety of Mil-Spec primers and top coats. We are a Department of Defense contractor with over 30 years experience with Mil-Spec coatings. Many of the most common primers and top coats are stocked at our location, but with our extensive supplier base we can research and locate the hard to find specialty coatings.

 

Silk-Screening

Identification of vital parts can mean the difference between productivity and costly downtime. Our silk screening process can help to bring clarity and efficiency and to any manner of assembly, maintenance or quality control application. Our restricted screens are able to print inside a flange or a box cover as close as .500 from the restriction. We can offer screens up to 48" X 48". All of our inks conform to Mil-Std-130. Two component expoxies is our standard for tough powder coated surfaces. No matter what your substrate is from Plastic, Metal or Wood adhesion should not be a problem. Custom color matching is also available.

 

Industrial Painting

EMI/RFI Shielding

We can provide EMI/RFI shielding materials. Our expertise enables engineers to overcome problems with electromagnetic interferences. Utilizing shielding products, we eliminate EMI by maintaining electrical conductivity at joints, seams and openings of electronic packages.

Masking

We provide detailed and accurate masking according to your specifications, using a wide variety of heat resistant material. We are able to satisfy even the most unique requirements.
